To establish yourself as a sole trader in Gibraltar, follow these simple steps: verify with the Office of Fair Trading for any necessary permissions (4-6 weeks); register with the Employment Office and obtain an Employment Certificate (3-5 days); register for income tax with the Gibraltar Income Tax Office (3-5 days); and ensure compliance with social insurance obligations by registering with the Gibraltar Social Insurance Department (3-5 days). Finally, adhere to health and safety regulations if your business involves specific risks. These steps will help you establish a legally compliant sole trader business in Gibraltar.

As we verify your account, take the opportunity to create a professional-looking profile. Upload a profile photo, a background photo, and a captivating tagline. Use the gallery to showcase informative photos that highlight your services, background, or any other type of photos that you may want to share with your potential clients. Remember, Amberfied is not responsible for the content you upload. Ensure that all photos are your own, and if you use a photo with someone else’s copyright, you must have their permission. To publish your wellness services on Amberfied, you can list up to three service offerings. You will first be asked if you have a location from which you provide your services. Selecting ‘At Clients’ Locations’ indicates that you offer services at clients’ locations. In this scenario, you only need to select the district where you want to operate, and your services and profile will appear on the Home page. If you select ‘At My Location’, you will need to provide additional information such as your address, type of facilities, and a photo. This information will be added to your published services on the Discovery browsing page, helping potential clients find and connect with you more easily.

Amberfied provides two convenient ways for receiving your earnings. Monthly payouts are issued at the beginning of each month for the services provided in the previous month. FlexPay, available after completing 40 appointments, lets you cash out at any time. Regardless of the method, a 24-hour safety period from the last appointment is applied before processing payouts.
