  • What is Amberfied?
    Amberfied is your go-to app for finding and booking local fitness, wellness, and lifestyle experiences, all with no memberships or long-term commitments.
  • Do I need a membership to use Amberfied?
    No! Amberfied is free to join for users. You only pay for the experiences you choose, with no long-term commitments.
  • Do I need to pay to list my services on Amberfied?
    It depends on the plan you choose. Some plans include a monthly subscription. To find out which option works best for you and to get started, just fill out the enquiry form on our For Partners page.
  • How do I look for flexible passes?
    Simply browse the map to see local providers and their offerings. Once you find something you like, select your arrival date at checkout. For any questions or changes, you can contact the provider directly through the in-app messenger.
  • Can I talk to a trainer before I book?
    Yes! You can contact a trainer, coach, or therapist directly through the in-app messenger before booking to ask questions or discuss your needs.
  • Can I cancel or reschedulemy booking?
    You can reschedule your bookings, but policies depend on the provider. Review the rescheduling terms at checkout, or contact the provider directly via the in-app messenger if you need assistance.
  • How do I pay for experiences?
    All payments are processed securely through the app at checkout. We use a trusted third-party payment provider, so your bank details are never stored by us.
  • Where can I use Amberfied?
    At the moment, we promote services in Gibraltar. We’ll notify you whenever we launch in a new location.
  • Is my personal information safe?
    Absolutely. Amberfied protects your data and never shares it without your consent.
