Before your first booking, Stripe just needs to confirm which of these describes you. Most providers get through this in a few minutes.

Can I use Amberfied before I've completed verification?
You can create your profile and list your services right away. Your profile will be verified once you've completed verification with our payment provider.
What's the difference between marketplace-sourced and existing client bookings?
A marketplace-sourced booking is a client who found and booked you through Amberfied — a 10% commission applies. An existing client booking happens when you share your profile link directly with your own client — we take 0% commission on your clients.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I need to list more than 3 services?
The 3-service limit only applies to the Free plan. Subscribing to Solo Trader or Business removes it entirely — both let you list as many services as you need.
Which countries is Amberfied available in?
Amberfied is currently live in Gibraltar, with more markets on the way. That's where you'll need to be based and verified to join — but your profile is visible on the marketplace globally, so anyone can find and book you, including clients just visiting or traveling to your area. Our payment provider supports many countries, so verification won't be a blocker once we expand to yours.
I already have clients from Instagram, WhatsApp, or word of mouth — do I need to import them?
No manual import needed. The first time an existing client books you through Amberfied, we'll simply ask if you've worked together before. Once confirmed, that relationship is remembered for all their future bookings.
