I. Amberfied Terms of Service — summary
Welcome to Amberfied! We have put significant effort into ensuring that our Terms of Service are easy to understand. Below, we outline an overview of the Terms of Service. However, it is important that you also review the complete version provided thereafter.
- Only registered Users may buy, book, publish and sell Services with Amberfied. Registration is free, but Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and refrain from creating accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- Users are responsible for the activity on their accounts and must maintain the confidentiality and security of their passwords. Amberfied is not liable for any actions or omissions by Users in connection with their accounts.
- Services may only be offered on Amberfied by Third Party Providers who confirm they are a legitimate solo trader or registered business, verified for legal and financial purposes only. This verification does not extend to clinical qualifications, certifications, or service quality.
- Services purchased through the Amberfied platform are booked and paid for via the 'Book' button on a Service listing, found by browsing the Site/App or on a Provider's Profile page.
- When you book a Service, payment is authorised at the time of booking. If the Provider does not confirm the booking within the applicable window, the authorisation is automatically released and you are not charged. If the Provider confirms, payment is captured, and the Provider may request a payout of the resulting Revenue once available, subject to Amberfied's review. See our Payment Terms for full detail.
- Providers may offer their Services on a Free plan or on a paid Solo Trader or Business subscription plan. Plan details, commission rates and processing fees are set out on the Plans page and in the Payment Terms.
- Providers may offer Service Packages: bundles of session credits sold to a User at a single upfront price, valid until a stated expiry date. See our Payment Terms for how Service Packages are priced, redeemed, and paid out.
- Providers must fulfil their Services and may not cancel bookings without cause, as this affects their standing on the Platform.
- Users and Providers may choose to arrange services or payments outside the Amberfied platform. Any bookings or payments completed outside the Site or the App are conducted solely between the User and the relevant Provider and are not facilitated or governed by Amberfied.
- When purchasing a Service, Users agree to abide by the Provider Terms outlined in the Service details for each purchased Service, including cancellation policy, pricing and location details.
- User privacy is protected by Amberfied's .
II. Amberfied Terms of Service — full version
We are Amberfied Limited, a private limited liability company established in Gibraltar, registered under company number 123952 and having its offices at Unit A, 17-21 Cannon Lane, Gibraltar GX11 1AA (Amberfied, we, us and our). These are Terms of Service between you and Amberfied for the use of the Amberfied Platform (as defined below).
The Amberfied Platform is currently operated in, and available to Users and Providers located in, Gibraltar only. We may expand to additional markets in the future, and if we do, this section will be updated to reflect the jurisdictions in which the Platform is available.
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site or App. By using the Site, opening an account, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and the Payment Terms, which is incorporated herein by reference. You further acknowledge you have read and understood our Privacy Notice. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Notice, you must not access or use the Site.
This Site is offered and available to Users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you are only permitted to use the Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time by changing them on this page. Any changes will apply to your next booking, so please check this page regularly. If you do not agree to any changes, you should not make a booking.
III. Definitions
When we use capitalised words or phrases in these Terms of Service, they have the following meanings:
Amberfied means Amberfied Limited (we, us or our).
Amberfied Booking Services means all booking services, including creating, updating, rescheduling and cancelling bookings, provided through the Amberfied Platform.
Amberfied Platform and Platform means, together: (a) the Site; and (b) the App.
Amberfied Services encompass all information, recommendations, and Services displayed on the Amberfied Platform, as well as services provided by Amberfied through your use of the Platform. This includes access to the Amberfied Platform, Third Party Providers and/or User Profiles, Amberfied Customer Support, and Amberfied Payment Services.
App means the Amberfied mobile application published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, downloaded and installed by you on your device.
Appointment and Session means any booking for one or more Services from a Provider made through the Amberfied Platform, including as updated, rescheduled or cancelled.
Browse Pages means the areas of the Site and App where Users can search and filter Providers and their Services by category and other criteria. One Browse Page displays Providers with an approximate location shown for each; the other displays Providers based on location, on an interactive map.
Cancellation Policy refers to the free cancellation policy outlined in the Service details of the relevant Provider. In the event of a breached Cancellation Policy, the Provider retains the right to keep the value of that booking.
Connect means the feature by which a User grants a Provider access to view the User's User Profile, by clicking 'Connect' on that Provider's Profile. Connecting is optional and is not required to book a Service. A User who has connected with a Provider may disconnect at any time from their account, after which the Provider loses access to the User's Profile. If the User and Provider had not previously exchanged messages, disconnecting also ends the Provider's ability to message the User; if they had an existing conversation, the Provider may continue that conversation regardless of Connect status.
Customer Support means the support services provided by Amberfied to handle and address queries or issues which the User may encounter, contactable via email at info@amberfied.com or through the Support tab in account settings.
Location refers to the specific place from which a Service is delivered by a Provider. This can either be the Provider's address or the User's address, as specified in the Service details.
No Show Policy in cases where a User fails to show up for a scheduled Session or Appointment without prior notice, the Provider reserves the right to retain the value of that booking.
Payment Processor(s) and Amberfied Payment Services are third-party payment service providers that offer payment services to Users and Providers in connection with the Amberfied Platform, including the collection of funds from Users for the purchase of Services, the collection of Subscription Plan fees from Providers, the holding of funds, and the payout of funds to Providers.
Payment Terms means the document which sets out Amberfied's payment terms, including commission rates, processing fees and payout timing. Available here.
Privacy Notice means the document which sets out how Amberfied collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data. Available here.
Provider's Profile means an account you create as a Third Party Provider on the Amberfied Platform to list your Services. It contains information such as your name, your Services, category, location information, photos and rates.
Provider Terms refer to the details of a Service that a User agrees to at the time of booking, including price, date, time, Services, location and other pertinent terms and conditions (including but not limited to Cancellation Policy and No Show Policy).
Site means the website app.amberfied.com, accessible through any web browser.
Subscription Plan means the plan a Provider selects for their use of the Platform: Free, Solo Trader, or Business. Details of each Subscription Plan, including pricing, listing limits and commission rates, are set out on the Plans page and in the Payment Terms.
Service Package means a bundle of session credits for a specified Service that a Provider may offer for sale to a User at a single upfront price, valid until a stated expiry date. Details of how Service Packages are priced, redeemed, and paid out are set out in the Payment Terms.
Third Party Providers and Providers means self-employed individuals or businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), who offer their Services for sale on the Amberfied Platform, and who have completed Amberfied's verification of their status as a solo trader or registered business.
Third Party Services and Services refer to any wellness, training, coaching or therapy services offered for sale on the Amberfied Platform by Providers.
User and you refer to those who register on the Site or App to purchase and/or receive Services; this also includes Providers/Third Party Providers.
User Profile means an account you create on the Amberfied Platform, containing information such as your name, bookings and photos.
IV. Our Services
Amberfied provides a marketplace platform where Users can find and book Providers of wellness services, including training, coaching, consulting and therapy services. Users can browse Providers and their Services on two Browse Pages and on each Provider's Profile page, pay for Services, and manage their bookings.
By using the Amberfied Services, you enter into a contract with Amberfied under these Terms of Service. However, any contract for Services booked through the Platform is solely between you and the relevant Provider. Amberfied does not operate, manage, or control any Provider, and does not itself provide the Services listed on the Platform.
Amberfied acts solely as an intermediary between Users and Providers, facilitating bookings and payments for Services offered on the Platform. The Platform's features enable Users and Providers to make bookings, pay for Services, and receive booking-related messages and notifications.
When you pay for a Service on the Amberfied Platform, we act as a commercial agent on behalf of the relevant Provider. Payment is authorised at the time of booking and captured when the Provider confirms the booking. Once a Service has been delivered, the Provider may request a payout of the resulting Revenue, subject to Amberfied's review. For full detail, please refer to our Payment Terms.
V. Third Party Providers' Services
If you use the Amberfied Platform to book any Provider Services, you also agree to adhere to the Provider Terms shown to you at the time of booking. These terms include information such as total price, location details, expiry date, and cancellation policy.
The provision of Provider Services and the fulfilment of any booking by Providers are subject to the Provider Terms. Amberfied is not a party to the Provider Terms you agree to upon your booking.
VI. Third Party Providers (Providers)
A. Basics
Third Party Providers can create a Profile on the Amberfied Platform to list Services for Users to book. Before listing Services, Providers must complete Amberfied's verification process, confirming their status as a legitimate solo trader or registered business so that payments can be processed through our Payment Processor. This verification relates to legal and financial status only; it is not a check of clinical qualifications, certifications, insurance, or service quality, and Amberfied makes no representation as to the same.
Details of Amberfied's Subscription Plans, including fees, listing limits and commission rates, are set out separately on the Plans page and in the Payment Terms, and may be updated from time to time.
When a User confirms a booking, payment is authorised. If the Provider does not confirm the booking within the applicable window, the authorisation is automatically released and the User is not charged. If the Provider confirms, payment is captured, and the value of the booking becomes part of the Provider's Revenue once the Service has been delivered. Providers can then request a payout of their Revenue, subject to Amberfied's review. Providers can view their upcoming bookings and Revenue from their account dashboard. For full detail, please refer to our Payment Terms.
B. Provider's responsibilities
It is the responsibility of each Provider to ensure that all Services published on the Amberfied Platform contain accurate and relevant information. During the Service creation process, Providers provide essential information, including total price, location, duration and any other relevant details. We require our Providers to ensure that all information they provide on the Amberfied Platform is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
All content must respect intellectual property rights and avoid prohibited material such as hate speech or explicit content. Violations may result in a Provider's account being suspended or terminated.
Third Party Providers must deliver Services according to the terms they set during Service creation, which are shown to Users before booking. When booking any Service, Users agree to adhere to these Provider Terms.
It is crucial for Providers to uphold high service quality. Sustained or serious quality concerns, including verified complaints raised through Customer Support, may lead to account suspension.
Each Provider is responsible for setting their own prices for Services listed on Amberfied. Providers must ensure their pricing is fair and aligned with market standards. Services priced excessively low or inappropriately high may be removed and can result in the Provider's account losing its Provider status or being permanently disabled.
Providers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with sufficient coverage to address all risks associated with their Service performance.
C. Account features
The Amberfied Platform enables Providers to promote their business and list Services for booking by Users through the Platform.
1. Profile Page
This section of a Provider's Profile is public and accessible to anyone visiting the Amberfied Platform, including guest visitors who are not registered Users. Users and guest visitors may view information about Providers, including published Services and photos.
Unlike a Provider's Profile, a User's Profile is private by default and is not visible to Providers. A User may choose to click 'Connect' on a Provider's Profile, which grants that Provider access to view the User's Profile and to message the User directly, regardless of whether the User has previously booked with, or messaged, that Provider. A User may disconnect from a Provider at any time from their account; once disconnected, the Provider loses access to the User's Profile. If the User and Provider had not previously exchanged messages, the Provider also loses the ability to message the User. Existing conversations remain in the messenger and can continue regardless of Connect status — Connect governs access to the User's Profile, not the persistence of a conversation already underway.
2. Publishing Services
Providers can publish Services via their Profile page. These Services are visible to anyone who visits the Provider's Profile or browses the Browse Pages.
When adding a new Service, a Provider must include information such as category, a description, total price, duration, availability, photos, and location. Providers bear sole responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide and for any amendments made to their listings on the Amberfied Platform.
Services are required to have appropriate photos related to the Service offered, and Providers must deliver the same quality of Service as shown in the Service images. Failure to meet this standard with recurring deliveries may result in the Provider's account losing its Provider status or being permanently disabled.
Providers acknowledge that Amberfied acts solely as a commercial agent for the distribution and publication of Service content. However, Amberfied reserves the right to remove any Service from the Platform at its sole discretion if it undermines or circumvents these Terms of Service.
3. Managing Bookings
Providers can view and manage upcoming, past and cancelled bookings from their account dashboard. When a User requests a booking change after breaching the free Cancellation Policy, the Provider has the discretion to accommodate or decline that change. For more information, please refer to the Rebooking, Cancellations, and Refund section in the Payment Terms.
D. Services delivery
While Amberfied allows Providers to publish and sell their Services on the Amberfied Platform, it is essential to adhere to these Terms of Service while conducting Services. This ensures compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards throughout the service delivery process. Providers may be removed by Amberfied from the Amberfied Platform for violations of these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Illegal or fraudulent services;
- Violation of a third party's terms of service;
- Adult-oriented, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate/obscene services;
- Spam, nonsense, or violent or deceptive services;
- Services misleading to Users or others;
- Services unrelated to sports, fitness or wellbeing;
- Promoting Amberfied and/or Amberfied services through activities that are prohibited by any laws, regulations, and/or third parties' terms of service, or through marketing activity that negatively affects our relationships with our Users or partners;
- Services containing website URLs or any other links directing Users to external payment methods.
Providers removed for violations mentioned above may have their account suspended. Services removed for violations are not eligible to be restored or edited. Services may also be removed due to poor performance and/or User misconduct.
VII. Users
A. Basics
To view Providers, you can access the Site as a guest. However, to make bookings through the Amberfied Platform, you need to create an Amberfied account by signing up. During sign-up, you will need to provide certain information, including your name, email address and mobile telephone number, and create a password. When you find a Service you want to book, you will be prompted to provide your payment information. We do not directly collect payment details but use a Payment Processor to facilitate payments.
Services are available for Users to browse and book through the Amberfied Site and App via the Browse Pages and each Provider's Profile page. Each Service listing includes information such as total price, description, and location. When a User books a Service from a Provider, they agree to accept the Provider Terms shown at the time of booking.
When booking with a Provider for the first time, Users are asked whether they have worked with that Provider before.
Users should refrain from requesting Services for any purpose other than the one they purchased.
Users acknowledge that Amberfied acts solely as a commercial agent for the distribution and publication of Service content.
It is essential for Users to adhere to these Terms of Service while browsing, booking, and meeting with Providers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards throughout the process. Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in the removal of content or suspension of the User's account.
B. Providing accurate information
1. Providing information to Amberfied
You must provide accurate and complete information to Amberfied, and keep this information up to date through the Amberfied Platform. Amberfied may verify the information that you provide, and may refuse use of the Amberfied Services or Amberfied Platform without providing reasons.
All content must respect intellectual property rights and avoid prohibited material such as hate speech or explicit content. Violations may result in a User's account suspension or termination.
2. Providing health or other relevant information to Providers
It is your (or the person receiving the Provider Services') sole responsibility to communicate in advance any medical or health-related conditions and/or special needs to the Provider that might affect or be affected by any Provider Services.
If you (or the relevant recipient of the Provider Services) fail to disclose any such information to the applicable Provider, or fail to check a Provider's suitability, neither Amberfied nor the relevant Provider shall be liable to you (or the recipient of the Services) for any injury, loss or damages resulting from the Services that could reasonably have been avoided had that information been disclosed prior to receiving the Services.
C. Your rights
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill or are otherwise not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or trading standards office. Nothing in these Terms of Service will affect these legal rights.
D. Using Amberfied responsibly
- Secure transactions: Ensure safe transactions by exclusively using the Payment Processor for all bookings on the Platform. Users may not offer payment to a Provider, or make payments using any method other than through the Site or App. If you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support.
- Avoid external links: Users must exercise caution with any links contained within Service descriptions and should not click on website URLs or other links directing them to external payment platforms. If a User encounters a Service containing inappropriate content, content unrelated to sports, fitness or wellbeing, or external links, we encourage reporting this to Customer Support.
- Review the Service details before booking: Ensure you thoroughly review the terms outlined by the Provider in the Service details, such as cancellation policy or location. By proceeding, you are entering into a direct contract with the Provider.
- Use in-app messaging: Communicate directly with a Provider through the Platform's messaging — for example, where a booking needs to be rescheduled, a Provider needs to reach you about a confirmed booking, or you have connected with a Provider using the 'Connect' feature.
E. Account features
1. Profile Page
In the User Profile page, Users can upload a profile photo and use the photo gallery to upload further photos. Unlike a Provider's Profile, a User's Profile is private by default and is not visible to Providers unless the User clicks 'Connect' on that Provider's Profile. Connecting is optional, is not required to book a Service, and grants the Provider access to view the User's Profile and to message the User directly. A User may disconnect from a Provider at any time from their account, after which the Provider loses access to the User's Profile. If the User and Provider had not previously exchanged messages, the Provider also loses the ability to message the User; if they already had a conversation, it stays in the messenger and the Provider can continue it regardless of Connect status — Connect is about how much profile information a User chooses to share, not about existing conversations. While using the Profile Page, Users are expected to adhere to these Terms of Service. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in the removal of content or suspension of the User's account.
2. Browse Pages
Amberfied enables Users to search and filter Providers and their Services by category on the Browse Pages, and to view individual Provider Profiles. Users acknowledge that Amberfied acts solely as a commercial agent for the distribution and publication of Providers and Services.
3. Managing Bookings
Users can view all their past, present and upcoming booked Services from their account, which can be accessed via the chat icon on the bottom menu. If a User wishes to change a booking and has not breached the free Cancellation Policy, they can request this directly with the Provider; if the Cancellation Policy has been breached, the Provider has the right to decline the request. For more information, please refer to the Rebooking, Cancellations and Refund section in the Payment Terms.
F. Restrictions on access
Amberfied reserves the right to restrict your access to the Amberfied Services or Platform where any of the following occur:
- you have a history of many cancelled Sessions, no shows, refunds, chargebacks, or other transactions that are negative to the experience of our Providers;
- you fail any credit or fraud prevention check provided by the Amberfied Payment Services;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or money laundering by you or someone using your Amberfied account;
- we reasonably suspect the security of your Amberfied account has been compromised;
- you behave inappropriately, abusively, or offensively towards staff of Amberfied or a Provider, whether by phone, email, communications within the Amberfied Platform, or in person;
- you breach other terms set forth in these Terms of Service; or
- we believe, in our reasonable and sole discretion, that your actions are negatively affecting the quality of Amberfied Services.
VIII. Using the Amberfied Platform
A. Service communication
In connection with your use of the Amberfied Services, Amberfied may send you electronic service messages, including security measures and updates related to your bookings.
By using the Amberfied Services, you consent to receive automated messages from Amberfied and its Providers via the email address provided during registration or as App notifications. You also acknowledge that these messages may contain promotional content in addition to information regarding your account and bookings. Your agreement to receive such automated messages is not mandatory for using the Service. You retain the option to opt out of receiving some or all automated messages within your account settings.
For details on how we handle your personal information and manage promotional and marketing messages, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
B. Browsing Services
The Browse Pages are the primary way Users discover Providers and Services on the Amberfied Platform. Users can search and filter by category, and view individual Provider Profiles and listed Services, including price, description and location.
C. Booking Services
The Amberfied Platform allows you to select which Services you would like to book and pay for through the Payment Processor. Please read and check all details of your selected Service before confirming your booking. Service details may include information such as location, price, free cancellation policy, and duration.
When you book a Service, your payment is authorised and we (as a commercial agent of the Provider) send your booking request to the Provider. Payment is captured, and a direct contract between you and the Provider is formed, once the Provider confirms the booking. All Provider Services shown on the Amberfied Platform are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to accept or reject each booking on behalf of the Provider. Your confirmation serves as your receipt and will be sent via email or App notification once the Provider confirms the booking.
If you are booking with a Provider for the first time, you will be asked whether you have worked with that Provider before.
The Service is marked complete once it has been delivered, and the corresponding value becomes part of the Provider's Revenue, which the Provider may then request as a payout, subject to Amberfied's review. For full detail on payout timing, please refer to our Payment Terms. If a Provider or User is found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, we may hold funds for a longer period while we investigate, and the relevant Amberfied account holder may be removed.
All Users should note that Amberfied does not guarantee the behaviour, conduct, safety, service quality, suitability or ability of either Users or Providers. Both Users and Providers agree that the entire risk arising out of their meeting and/or their use or performance of in-person Services remains solely with them, and Amberfied has no responsibility or liability related to any in-person Services provided by the Provider. Where a Service is performed on a User's premises, Users are encouraged to maintain proper insurance to cover their liability as the premises owner. These Terms of Service remain applicable to all Users of the Amberfied Platform.
D. Chargebacks
Amberfied reviews cases of payment provider chargebacks and disputes on behalf of Providers. Although results vary per case due to each chargeback reason, we work hard on resolving disputes in the Provider's favour. Where the chargeback case allows, Amberfied (or one of Amberfied's Payment Processors) will return part or all of the disputed revenue to the Provider; otherwise the chargeback amount will be borne by the Provider.
IX. Disputes and Cancellations
We encourage our Users and Providers to try to settle conflicts amongst themselves. If, for any reason, this fails, or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Site, Users can contact Customer Support for assistance. For more information about disputes, service cancellations, refunds, and Subscription Plan changes, please refer to the Payment Terms.
X. Disclaimer
1. The Amberfied Platform and its Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, or the accuracy of the information provided.
2. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, accuracy, safety, legality, or availability of any Services offered by Providers through the Amberfied Platform. Our verification of Providers relates to their legal and financial status only, and is not a check or endorsement of clinical qualifications, certifications, insurance, or service quality. Users acknowledge and agree that any interactions with Providers and the use of their Services are at their own risk, and we are not liable for any resulting damages or losses.
3. We do not control or endorse Third Party Provider content on the Amberfied Platform, nor do we guarantee its accuracy, reliability, or completeness. Users understand the risks of relying on such content, and we are not liable for any resulting damages or losses.
4. We cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful code. Users are responsible for implementing appropriate IT security measures, such as antivirus software, to protect their devices.
5. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features, parts, or content of the Amberfied Platform, or the entire Platform, to registered Users at our discretion and without prior notice.
6. We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Amberfied Platform. There may be times when certain features, parts, or content of the Platform, or the entire Platform, become unavailable or are modified, suspended, or withdrawn by us, without notice. Users agree that we will not be liable for any such unavailability, modification, suspension, or withdrawal of the Platform or its features, parts, or content.
XI. Limitation on Liability
Where we have been negligent and/or breached a contractual obligation to you, we will be liable for any foreseeable loss or damage you suffer as a result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our negligence or breach of contract, or would have been considered by you and us to be a likely consequence of it at the time you accepted these Terms of Service.
You are liable for all activities conducted through your account. We do not accept any liability for the following types of loss, whether caused by breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if the loss is foreseeable: loss of income or Revenue; loss of business; loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; or expenditure of management or office time.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For the avoidance of doubt, Services are delivered by Providers, not by Amberfied. Amberfied is not liable for death, personal injury, or any other loss or damage arising from a Service delivered by a Provider; responsibility for the safe delivery of a Service rests with the Provider performing it. This does not affect Amberfied's own liability, described above, for death or personal injury caused by Amberfied's own negligence.
You are liable for any damage suffered by us as a result of your violation of these Terms of Service or the Payment Terms, your misuse of the Amberfied Platform, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
Need help with anything?
We value your experience and strive to uphold the highest standards. If you have any feedback, questions regarding the Amberfied Platform, or wish to file a complaint regarding one of our Providers or their Services, please:
- speak to the Provider yourself to try and resolve the issue; or
- email us at info@amberfied.com; or
- delete your account via our Account Deletion page.
If you reach out to us at info@amberfied.com, we may contact the Provider to attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue following contact with the Provider, and if we consider it fair in all the circumstances, then we may, at our sole discretion and always as a last resort, elect to give you a refund for the disputed/complained-about amount. These refunds will be processed through the Amberfied Payment Services.
While we take all complaints about our Providers very seriously and will always do what we can to help resolve them, we are not responsible to you for the Providers' Services and are under no obligation to provide you with a refund or any other recompense if you are dissatisfied with any Provider's Services.
